NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED & ALL QUOTES ARE FREE and if on presentation of a digital upload of the completed portrait you are not entirely happy I can 100% GUARANTEE that although you will not receive the original portrait you will not be charged a penny.

All personal portraits will be referenced from an digitally uploaded photographs or images that you provide via email. Preferably 1MB in size or greater.

If you don't have a digital image I can work from a detailed photograph which you will need to send to me by post which will be returned in its original condition.

Have a think about the size of your portrait, use the standard paper sizes as a guide or canvas sizes as outlined on my pricing page.

I can resize any digital or hard copy photos that you choose for your portrait so please don't be put off by sizes, if you're not sure as we can discuss.

You will notice from my galleries that pencil, charcoal,pastel,coloured pencil & acrylics are the mediums I work in, so study my gallery pages think about how you want your finished portrait to look.

Pencil and mixed portraits works are usually produced on high quality board or paper suitable for framing, so should you opt for your portrait to be created please consider having it mounted & framed on completion as I believe this enhances the quality of presentation and may aid you when you are assessing the size of the portrait.

As an option and depending on the quality & definition of the images it is In some circumstances possible to merge these separate images or photos into one portrait.

Go to my contact page and drop me a line and attach your image or images (presumably you've visited my pricing page.

At the time of launching this website I cannot guarantee a definite completion of your portrait to a specified date as I would need at least a 2 month notice period, however, if you wish to receive your portrait by a specific date please let me know as soon as possible. It might also be wise at this stage, and if you're working to a timeline to consider if you want you would like your finished portrait framing, although I don't do the framing myself the guys I use come with my personal recommendation so I could arrange for this to be done for you or send you their email address for price list & guidance of frame choice.

Once we've agreed a price, covered all of the above, decided a completion date and we're both happy, its time to get started, you'll be sent a digital images of the work via emails or phone uploads of the portrait in progress, its at these stages that you will have the opportunity to advise of any changes you wish me to make.

When the final piece has been completed a digital image of your portrait will be sent to you via email or phone upload, its at this stage 1 more rework or amendment can be undertaken & once again sent to you and once you're 100% happy with it we will arrange payment which will include postage & packing once this has been received your original portrait will dispatched by recorded delivery via the Royal Mail.

In the unlikely scenario that even after amendments you're still unhappy with your finished portrait, don't worry, any hard copies of photographs will be returned to you via the Royal Mail and you will not be charged a single penny.

As you will have noticed through my gallery pages some of the pencil and mixed media portraits & all my canvas portraits are of sports & music icons these are available for sale as limited edition prints (only 75 of these will go for reprint) each print is presented with an authentication certificate with your own recorded number of the series, these images will have been scanned from my digital files and printed using archival quality inks onto water colour or photographic papers suitable for framing or onto canvases ready for wall hanging. (see my pricing page for paper & canvas sizes).

If
you're considering a wall mural I'll need an Image or a subject you would like on your wall, although the overall dimensions would be helpful I wouldn't worry to much about that at this stage, however, photos of the room at possibly different angles to include wall intended for the mural would be most helpful, so please use my contact page with any thoughts or ideas you may have & be I'll happy to discuss these with you, don't forget all quotes come free of charge.
